Refund policy

All sales are final

- For any products that are damaged we do offer store credit. Please email us at logansnowdowne@gmail.com with an explanation of the request and pictures of the product for proof. Bottles must be un opened and with the original packaging. Claims must be submitted 5 business days following the purchase.

- We do not offer exchanges. Insure that your product is the right size and you have ordered the right amount at checkout. 

- We cannot alter or change existing orders. However any products not shipped can be cancelled. A refund will be issued within 1-10 business days.

- If our polices do not meet your needs: please contact us via our email logansnowdowne@gmail.com. We offer refunds with a 30% restocking fee.
